Anime is full of perverted anime characters, but who is the biggest pervert of them all? Japanese ranking website, Goo, recently asked people online about which anime character is the most perverted. Their online poll garnered a total of*3,939 votes, with a total of 33 characters being included. Here are the Top 20:

When it comes to being a pervert, Master Roshi is legendary, however, the lecherous old man got out perverted for this poll, as a similarly-lecherous Ryo Saeba managed to edge out Goku’s master for the top spot.Other pervy legends also made the Top 10, like Jiraiya and Shin-chan, however, others like DXD’s Issei and One Piece’s Sanji only managed to make it to the Top 20.
